Terms of service

These terms explain the rules for using Upogee and the boundary between portfolio analytics and financial advice.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Using Upogee

Upogee is portfolio tracking and analytics software for self-directed investors. It helps users organize holdings, transactions, accounts and portfolio performance. Upogee is not a broker, custodian, investment adviser or trading platform and does not execute transactions or hold client assets.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for activity under your account and for providing accurate registration information. You may not access another person's account without permission or attempt to bypass security controls.

Your portfolio data

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter or import. Upogee may identify missing, inconsistent or potentially stale data, but those checks do not replace your own records or the official statements provided by your broker, bank, custodian or other financial institution.

Financial information disclaimer

Upogee provides portfolio organization, calculations, analytics, educational information and reporting tools. It does not provide personalized investment, legal or tax advice, trading signals, trading strategies or recommendations to buy, sell or hold a security or other financial instrument. You remain responsible for your investment decisions, records and regulatory or tax obligations.

Plans, pricing and billing

Upogee may offer free and paid subscription plans. Before any paid order is completed, the applicable checkout and pricing page will show the price, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms and applicable tax information. Where a Merchant of Record or payment provider handles an order, the checkout will identify that provider and any buyer terms that apply to the payment transaction.

Cancellation and refunds

Paid subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation flow made available for the applicable plan. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges unless otherwise stated at checkout. Refund requests are governed by Upogee's Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update or discontinue parts of the service over time. We aim to keep Upogee reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated or reflected in the applicable product, pricing or billing information.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, use Upogee to facilitate unlawful activity, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or create security, legal or operational risk for other users or Upogee.

Intellectual property

Upogee and its software, design, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Upogee intellectual property. You retain rights in portfolio information and other content you lawfully provide to the service.

Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Contact

For account, billing, legal or compliance questions, use the support details published on Upogee. The legal identity and contact information of the service operator will be kept available on the website as required before paid checkout is activated.
