In Client Portal, open Performance & Reports, then Statements. Generate an Activity Statement for the period you need and choose CSV.

Use an Activity Statement CSV. Flex Queries, trade confirmations, positions-only reports and other CSV exports are not covered by the verified contract.
Include enough history to support later sales. A sale can be blocked when the imported ledger does not contain sufficient earlier purchases.

Privacy and control
The statement is reviewed without giving Upogee control of your IBKR account
Upogee does not ask for your Interactive Brokers password or permission to trade. Parsing and format detection happen in the browser. The CSV is not sent to an external model or data service.
Instrument lookup receives only the listing details needed to identify an instrument. Historical FX lookup receives only the required currency pair and date. Account identifiers and personal cash descriptions are removed from normalized audit data. After confirmation, Upogee stores supported portfolio operations and a summary of the import result, not the raw statement as portfolio history.

A defined subset, stated before signup
Upogee supports two exact IBKR Activity Statement layouts and a defined set of events. A third compact Transaction History layout is recognized but blocked because it omits native price currency. Dividends, withholding tax, interest, options, futures, bonds, security transfers and unverified corporate actions are not imported today.

Can I import my Interactive Brokers portfolio into Upogee?
Yes, when the file matches one of the two supported Activity Statement CSV contracts. Upogee does not claim support for every IBKR export.
Which IBKR report should I download?
Download an Activity Statement as CSV from Client Portal. Upogee supports two exact Activity Statement layouts. A compact Transaction History without native price currency is detected but blocked; Flex Queries, trade confirmations and positions-only reports are not covered.
Does Upogee connect to my IBKR account?
No. The workflow uses a file you export and review. Upogee has no trading connection to Interactive Brokers.
Do I need to share my IBKR password?
No. Upogee does not request your IBKR username, password or permission to trade.
Which IBKR transactions are imported?
Verified buy and sell rows for stock, ADR and ETF, embedded commissions, cash deposits, cash withdrawals and independent fees can be imported when the statement is valid.
Are dividends, withholding tax and interest imported?
No. Their semantics are not covered by the current import contracts, so they are not written as portfolio transactions.
Can I import options, futures or bonds?
No. Those asset classes are outside the current verified contract.
What happens to unsupported rows?
Reconciliation-only rows remain visible as reference and are not written as portfolio operations. Ambiguous or unresolved instruments and technical errors are different: they block the complete batch until you resolve, retry or explicitly exclude the affected group.
Can I import the same statement twice?
Reimporting the same file does not create new copies of operations already confirmed in the same destination account.
Why can a sale be blocked?
A sale needs sufficient earlier purchase history in the destination ledger. Export a period with enough history to support the units sold.
Can I combine IBKR with other brokers?
Yes. Supported IBKR records can coexist with other compatible CSV imports and controlled manual entries in the same portfolio.
What happens to my statement data?
Parsing and format detection happen in the browser, and the CSV is not sent to an external model. Account identifiers and personal cash descriptions are removed from normalized audit data. After confirmation, Upogee stores supported operations and a summary of the import result.
Can I start free, and which plan includes IBKR CSV import?
